Safety

Getting into a stranger’s vehicle requires trust.

Here is precisely what we do to earn it. Everything on this page exists today — nothing described here is planned or coming soon.

Drivers are checked before their first trip

NIC, driving licence, insurance, revenue licence and a police report — reviewed by a person, not a script. An expired document takes a driver offline until it is replaced.

An emergency button on every trip

Press it and our operations team sees the alert immediately, with your live location and the driver, vehicle and route. It stays open until a person resolves it. If you are in immediate danger, call 119 first.

Calls that do not reveal your number

Rider and driver can speak through the app. The audio goes directly between the two phones, neither side sees the other’s number, and we do not record it.

You know which vehicle to get into

Before your driver arrives you have their name, photo, rating and the plate you are looking for. If the vehicle does not match, do not get in — and tell us.

Every trip is recorded

The route, timings and fare breakdown are kept, so a dispute is settled with facts rather than two accounts of the same journey. Routes are deleted after 12 months.

Ratings work both ways

Passengers rate drivers and drivers rate passengers. Persistently low ratings end access to the platform.

In an emergency

Call 119 — Sri Lanka Police — before you contact us. We can give you the trip record, the route and the driver’s details, and we will, immediately. We cannot send help. They can.

What we do with the data behind all this is set out in the privacy policy.
